Barry Larkin, the former Cincinnati Reds shortstop, is headed to Cooperstown. Chosen on 86 percent of ballots, Larkin's most noteworthy accomplishments include a 1990 World Series Championship and a 1995 MVP award. He will be inducted into the Hall of Fame on July 22.
